Mixed Aerials 201

If you’ve taken at least 1 Aerial Skills 101 AND have been recommended for Aerial Skills 201, would like to continue learning multiple apparatuses in one class, or are looking to get back into aerials after a break, then this class is perfect for you! This is our continuing introductory aerial class that will continue to work on introductory material on all four apparatuses (trapeze, lyra, fabric, and sling). Special attention will be given to explore other apparatuses (sling, triple trapeze, rope), strengthen and condition known vocabulary and progress towards longer, more complex sequencing. New variations and techniques will be introduced with a strong focus on conditioning for future aerial classes. This class is highly recommended for any Aerial Skills 101 student before moving on to specific apparatus classes.

After successful completion of this class, students are eligible to take Lyra 201, Trapeze 201, Fabric 201, Sling. Contact the studio with any questions before registration. Our aerial classes focus on specific progressions that are safe and fun for students. All progressions work towards sequences where students will start learning how to move and perform in the air. A perfect introduction to circus and an important step before moving on to higher level aerial classes.
