Lyra 201/301

Perfect for all students with previous trapeze and beginner lyra knowledge, this class will dive into proper technique, skill work, and sequences on lyra while developing strength, flexibility, and confidence in the air. Students will continue to work on previous knowledge from Lyra 201, with a focus on technique and endurance. New vocabulary and variations will be introduced. Each class will include warm-up, skill work on lyra and conditioning/cool down at the end. This class will work on the skills necessary to progress on to Lyra 401.
