Flex Flow

No pre-requisites. This mindful “flow” movement class is not quite yoga, not quite stretching, not quite dance: it’s guided somatic movement exploration focused on opening lines of tension and improving general body mobility and strength. Open to all levels of experience and flexibility!

All classes at SHOW focus on vocabulary retention, interpersonal life skills, and having fun in a safe environment.
