Students will continue to learn the basics of aerial fabric from previous classes (Aerial Skills); climbing, foot wraps, inversions and beginning/intermediate sequences. Each class will include a warm-up, fabric training time and conditioning at the end. Students will focus more on technique and completing skills and sequencing with good form. This class will prepare students for the 301 level fabric classes.
