Active Flexibility

This all-levels flexibility class will offer exercises and techniques beyond simple stretching. It is focused on closing the gaps between your active and passive ranges of motion and also supporting your nervous system in preparation for opening up new ranges! It is great for hypermobile folks, people who are sitting on plateaus, bendy folks who want to keep getting bendier with safety and consistency at top of mind, and also those who generally consider themselves inflexible but know they want to feel freer! Modifications and/or challenges will be offered depending on students current level, so this class welcomes all — including flexibility veterans as well as folks new to flexibility training.

For people looking to learn something new and exciting, circus is a non-competitive, artistic, fun and safe discipline. All classes at SHOW focus on vocabulary retention, interpersonal life skills, and having fun in a safe environment.
